Dosage: 

1. Adult, intramuscular or intravenous drip. Simple urinary tract infection is 0.2 g (1) every
12 hours for commonly used antimicrobial agents; 7.5 mg/kg every 12 hours for other
systemic infections or 15 mg/kg every 24 hours. Adults do not exceed 1.5g (7.5 sticks) a
day and the course of treatment does not exceed 10 days.
2. Pediatric, intramuscular or intravenous drip. The first dose was 10 mg/kg body weight,
followed by 7.5 mg/kg every 12 hours, or 15 mg/kg every 24 hours.
3. Patients with renal insufficiency: creatinine clearance] 50 to 90 ml/min is given 60% to
90% of the normal dose (7.5 mg/kg) every 12 hours; creatinine clearance is 10 to 50 ml/min
every 24 to 48 hours with 7.5 20% to 30% of mg/kg.
