Product Description :
It is a colorless oily liquid at room temperature. The isomers with optical activity can be miscible with water, ether, ethanol, chloroform and other solvents. It is naturally found in apples and strawberries. Aroma: acidic, greasy fat, lard, chicken fat aroma, and with the aroma of baked appetizers. Taste: dairy products, chemical book, cream flavor, greasy fat flavor. It is used for food processing such as lard, chicken fat, appetizing dishes and dairy products. Grignard reagent can be prepared from secondary hexanol by chlorination, and then dry carbon dioxide gas is introduced into the reaction solution of Grignard reagent to react and hydrolyze to obtain the product.
