Ethionamide has a bacteriostatic effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and its antibacterial activity is only one tenth of isoniazid. This product is easily absorbed by oral administration and has a wide distribution in the body. It can penetrate into whole body fluids (including cerebrospinal fluid) and is metabolized into ineffective substances in the body.It is effective for exudative and invasive cheese lesions.
